Looking for a new flatmate to join us in a friendly flat share in Marchmont!
About the flat:
Large furnished double room available in a bright three person flat share, with shared bathroom, communal kitchen and living room.
Bills are roughly ~120pcm (council tax (band e), wifi and gas/electric).
Located in central Marchmont and about a 5 minute walk to the meadows! Buses 5, 9 and 24 all stop nearby so super easy to get in to town fast when needed.
We often cat/dog sit for our sisters so a pet lover is a must!
About us:
We're Laura (28) and Katelyn (27), two chilled out professionals looking for a new flatmate as ours has recently been stolen by Australia (classic)!
The vibe is very relaxed, friendly and respectful and we're looking for someone keen to hang out from time to time and be pals but we also totally understand that somedays alone time after work is needed.
We keep communal areas clean and friends are always welcome. Activities mostly orientate around movie nights, cold-water swimming, gigs, the sauna, pints of Tennents at the local, the occasional weekend boogie and any excuse for a dinner party.
