Looking for a flatmate. Hopefully with similar interests and attitude.

The flat is very close to the city centre located on East Mayfield. Nices and spacious with a shared garden at the back. Classic tenement with a good layout. Tends to be a quite warm and cosy.

I am 36 year old man. currently working full time as a chef. My hours are either evenings or daytimes depending on my week's rota. Normally at work 5 days a week. Can be back late at night.

I also share the flat with my 2 cats who are indoor based. They are very friendly and good with people.

Breakdown of the Bills and rent:

Everything is split equally. Per month is as follows.

Rent: £550

Electric: £33

Gas : 36

Council tax: £115

Internet: £13.50

Both the gas and the electric will obviously fluctuate depending on the usage. The 2 figures here are based upon the last 2 months of usage with only me being in the flat so they probably will go up a bit.
