We are Huw, Mark and Katie and we are looking for a new flatmate for our amazing flat just off Lothian Road.
Location:
Our flat is in a fairly modern block of flats on the 4th story. We do have a lift so don't worry. As we are literally a few seconds walk away from Lothian Road, we are super central and have restaurants, bars, pubs, theatres, cinemas, you name it all about. All of the city centre is in comfortable walking distance, and you can pick up almost any bus from right outside, down on Shandwick Place, or on Princes Street. Waverley Train Station and Haymarket are both walkable.
The Flat
There are 3 of us in the flat at the moment and we are looking for one more. We have one room with en suite (already taken) and 3 x doubles with a communal bathroom the rest of us share. As such, there is never too much bother running into each other in the mornings or anything. The living room is large and comfortable with a smart TV, big dining table, etc.
The rent is currently c.£500 per calendar month, plus bills of approximately £115 - £130 per month depending on the time of year. This includes: broadband, energy, council tax (Band F) and TV licence.
The Flatmates:
Katie (26) - civil servant, loves to keep active (tag rugby, yoga, hiking), thrives off extrovert energy and a good playlist in the kitchen. Wfh about 50%.
Huw (25) - analyst, also likes to keep active (running, football), into films and tv and a sing in the shower. Office 100%.
Mark (39) - care home manager, plant lover, big on walking. Office 100%.
All friendly and relaxed professionals who like to keep busy. We have pretty separate social lives but love a natter over dinner or a film/game night in.
You:
We are looking for a female to join us as we like to keep an equal balance of girls and boys and it seems to work. We are looking for someone who keeps fairly normal working hours so we don't disturb each other and if you are clean and tidy (see it, sort it) we will love you.
