2 Bed Flat - 2 Month Short Let In Edinburgh! ⭐️🫶🏻

Hi there!

I own a 2-bed flat in Edinburgh (West Pilton area) and will be living in London until 15th May. I’m looking for one or two tenants to rent the property for March and April (2 months) while I’m away.

The flat includes:
2 bedrooms (please note: there is currently only a bed in the second bedroom)
Front garden area
Fridge freezer
Bath with shower
Electric heating
Washing machine
Sofa and other essential furniture
There’s also bay parking at the front of the building if you have a car

The space is slightly less furnished than shown in the photos, but it’s still a lovely, bright flat.

As I’m currently in London, viewings and key handover would be arranged by my family in Edinburgh. I need to rent my flat for short term to cover myself in London in the lead up to moving back home so would love the process to be as easy and as smooth as possible. Deposit is required just to cover any damage that may occur during the stay as my last tenants left me in the lurch a bit.
