These one double room available in a 3-bed 1-bath property, which is in a 4-in-1 block in a quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours are nice I moved in last October and now I am finally ready to share two spare rooms with the right people. I love plants, nature and will often be outdoors if not working.

I am the live-in landlord, a Big 4 professional working as an auditor in financial services. I work at home at the attic level most of the time and also sleep there.
I am a Chinese citizen, settled in the UK.
My work is often busy and will appreciate someone reasonable, matured, and who will clean up after themselves. I am quite chilled, cheerful and empathetic.

My 2-year-old tuxedo cat, Mao, is the true master in this property. He is a gentle man, super friendly and nice. He also goes outdoors a lot.

I would love hanging out sometimes but also respect personal border and independence and privacy.

My current long-term flatmate is Scottish, male, 48, a contractor, with a 10-yrd indoor cat. He is cheerful and respectful, a homeowner from Dundee.
