This was a lovely property when I bought it in 2018 and I’ve just spent 6 months remodelling it. Everything was done to make it a home rather than a rental property. Consequently I am looking for people who will enjoy living here and make it their home, look after the place, and be respectful and considerate neighbours.

The area

The area
Balgreen is a lovely part of Edinburgh. Reasonably central and well connected by buses and the tram line yet still has free on-street parking. You’re close several supermarkets and a gym.
