Two rooms to rent out for the next academic year in the quiet residential area of Southhouse in Edinburgh, which has a local park with a stream nearby, which is lovely for walks or runs.

Lodgers must be students, and the flat is in especially good location for Easter Bush Campus, King's Buildings, and the Royal Infirmary.
Good bus links with the 7, 11, 18 buses, as well as the 37,47,47B, 31 and others being only an 8-10 minute walk from the flat. This makes getting into the city very easy.
There are three local supermarkets within 10 minute walk from the flat, and Cameron Toll Shopping Centre and Straiton Retail Park are within easy bus/car access. Also within a ten minute walk are a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, and leisure centre with gym and swimming pool.

One bedroom has en-suite bathroom equipped with toilet, sink and shower. The other has a shared fully equipped bathroom between two people. Both bedrooms have double-beds, a lot of storage space and a desk and chair so provide an ideal space for studying and relaxing.
Shared spacious kitchen with a dining table, hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. Beautiful views over the Pentland Hills are also seen from the kitchen and one room.

About me:
I am an undergraduate Veterinary Medicine student who enjoys running and swimming and playing music.

What I'm looking for:
- Student flatmates who want to make friends and spend time together, but who also respect each other and keep a quiet, clean and tidy home.
- People who take their studies seriously, but who are also up for a games/film night or going out for a drink etc.
