Room available in Leith from May

A lovely room in Leith (the Shore) to rent from early May. There's storage space under the bed and in cupboards in the hall if needed. The room is spacious and south facing so gets lots of sunlight. Room has been slightly re-jigged from the photo, but everything you’d need is there (including wardrobe and a desk if you ever need to wfh).

The flat itself is spacious, bright and well looked after, with a shared living room, bathroom, and a fairly large kitchen, all situated right on the Shore with great tram and bus links. There is a Sainsbury’s across the road and Aldi/Lidl, lots of pubs and cafes minutes away.
You'd be sharing with myself and Cian, both young professionals (27 & 25). Ideally looking for a fellow young professional. We respect each others space in the flat but don't mind people occasionally having friends over etc and being sociable.
We are council tax band C and all bills are just divided between 3 each month. Works out at around £120 each month (gas/electricity/wifi/CT).
