We’re looking for a like-minded female in her late 20s, or early 30s, to join our home in Canonmills, as one of us is moving out. The room is available soon so we’re hoping to find someone who’s keen to make this feel like a proper home, not just a place to stay 💛

• Spacious unfurnished, double bedroom
• Available from end of June (ideal move in date of the 25th)
• Bright, airy flat with beautiful views of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill (sunsets here are pretty special)
• About a 15-minute walk into the city centre
• Lidl and a large Tesco are just 5 minutes away
About Us

We both have our own routines but really value a warm, sociable home. We enjoy things like cooking, the occasional glass of wine, flat movie nights, walks, markets, and trying new spots around Edinburgh. We’re also into staying active – think running, tag rugby and getting outdoors when we can. That said, we’re equally respectful of personal space and downtime.
We’d love to live with someone who’s considerate, positive, and up for the odd shared evening or weekend plan – someone who’s looking for a relaxed, homely environment rather than a party flat. We are looking for a longer term housemate.
Location
Canonmills is such a great spot – right by Stockbridge, the Botanic Gardens, and well connected with bus routes across the city. It’s perfect if you enjoy being close to cafés, walks, and a bit of greenery while still being central.
Rent & Bills
Approximately £700 per month, including:
• Rent (currently £550)
• Council tax (Band E)
• WiFi
• Utilities
There would also be a deposit payment of £700, reference checks and signed lease agreement via our letting agents DJ Alexander.
