Very spacious double bedroom for short term let

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in an EH1 tenement Flat. Fully furnished, it is located on top of the Meadows walk -- 10 minutes to any University of Edinburgh main campus buildings. (You even get the eduroam signal)

This is the largest bedroom in the 4 bed, 2-bathroom flat.

As we are expecting a change of tenancy later in the year, around the end of the summer, preference is given to short-term let.

Council tax band E, but all the remaining flatmates are students, so ideally a fellow student, or you must be okay with paying them yourself.

Room is available from 1 July but negotiable by a few days.
