The property sits on a quiet, safe residential street in the sought-after Newington / Prestonfield area, with Edinburgh's Old Town just a pleasant 20-minute walk away and excellent bus links (30, 12, 33, 14, and many more from nearby stops connecting various parts of the city) on the doorstep.

High-speed Broadband comes free of cost, with plenty of extenders connecting in and out of the entire house.

Rent of £650 is asked, and a refundable deposit of £700 is compulsory. In terms of bills, this would be around £80.
