- A fully matriculated postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh
- Not currently living in University accommodation

The room is available with a flexible start date between mid-May and 1 June, and the tenancy runs until 28 August 2026. The rent is £1,290 per month (£43.47/day), including all bills and Wi-Fi. This fully furnished studio offers complete privacy, with a private bathroom and kitchen. It includes a small double bed, study desk, chair, and bookshelves. The laundry room is located on the ground floor of the same building. The location is very convenient—1 minute from the University gym and 10 minutes from George Square campus, with shops, Waverley Station, and the city centre all within walking distance.
