Hello! We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our 6-bed, 4-bathroom flat in Marchmont. The contract would start 1st June but there is flexibility to move in from 13th May.
We are five girls in our early to mid-twenties who love a pub quiz, flat dinners, movie nights with a cup of tea, and getting out for hikes or runs - you name it! We’re a very welcoming and social group, and we enjoy spending time together whilst also respecting each other’s space.
The flat is modern and bright, with a large kitchen and a shared living space that we keep tidy and cosy.
The room comes furnished with a desk, wardrobe, and double bed, with plenty of under-bed storage. The window overlooks the garden, and the bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate.
