2 Bed 1 Bath Flat near Kings looking for 1 tenant

I'm currently a third year chemical engineering student, my current flatmate is graduating in a few months and is moving out. We're a 10-15 minute walk from King's with a few bus stops near by so getting to the city centre is easy. The bedroom and living room are both south facing so we get plenty of sun. 20 minute walk to Cameron Toll and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. A bit about myself, I mostly enjoy chill nights in but also an occasional cheeky pint out. I'm usually going back and forth between King's, Main Library, and Pleasance.
