Hello! I have a bright double room to rent my quiet off-road flat in a beautiful area of Edinburgh that is only a 30min walk to Princes Street. Private off-street parking is available if required, and a quiet well maintained communal garden can be enjoyed when the weather allows. Many lovely eateries and brasseries/bars can be found within a short walking distance.
This lovely double room on the top floor of a two level flat would suit a young professional like myself. Whilst we would share the main bathroom upstairs there is a cloakroom toilet downstairs. I work Mon-Fri in the city centre so I'm mainly around in the evenings and at weekends.
All bills included except Gas & Electricity (as all other bills are fixed for the foreseeable). Evidence of this bill will be shared and split on a monthly basis. I can provide details of average monthly energy cost over last winter to any suitable applicants.
