Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my room at a modern student accommodation from June to September. Ideal for students or interns spending the summer in Edinburgh!

1. Basic Room Details
En-suite Room in a shared flat.

Private Bathroom: You have your own modern en-suite shower and toilet.

Like a Studio: Flatmates are local Scottish students who go home for the summer. The flat is very quiet, so you effectively have the kitchen and living area to yourself.

Fully Furnished: Includes a double bed, large study desk, orange desk chair, and shelving.

2. Availability
Move-In Dates: From 30th May.

Move-Out Dates: 7th September.

Preferred Stay: Looking for someone for the full 3 months; stays under one month will not be considered.

Contract: Must go through the official accommodation contract process.

3. Rent & Cost
Weekly Rate: £209 per week

Official Process: Payment and agreement are handled via the official building contract.

4. Location
Convenience: Located right above a Lidl and a large Tesco.

Food: Various takeaway and fast-food shops within a 5-minute walk.

Transport: Excellent links with the No. 8 bus to George Square (GS) and the No. 9 bus to King's Buildings (KB).

Shuttle: The accommodation also provides a shuttle bus to the university.

Room Features: Large window for natural light, purple pinboard, and integrated storage.

Kitchen & Living: Modern kitchen with microwave, oven, large fridge, and a sofa area with a TV.
