Hi, we're looking for a flatmate to move into a furnished double room in our three-bed flat in Newington, just a few minutes' walk from the Meadows.

The room is bright and spacious with lots of natural light. There are two of us here a student and a recent grad now working in graphic design and we are a sociable flat with a fun, easy-going vibe but also respect each others space. We are looking for recent grad or someone towards the end of their studies/ doing a post-grad

Rent: £690 pcm (bills not included). Please note the rent may be subject to slight adjustment.
