I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 2-bedroom flat shared with one other tenant, a postgraduate student.

The tenancy runs until the end of August, with the option to extend onto a longer-term contract afterwards. The other tenant is also planning to move out at the end of August, so there is the opportunity to stay on and choose a new housemate.

The new tenant would ideally be a student, or alternatively a professional who is happy to pay the full council tax.

The flat is friendly, quiet and well-suited to someone who enjoys a calm home environment.
