Postgraduate students can express interest but must be willing to pay council tax.

The rent is £620 with a council tax bill of £48, electricity is usually £20 per month and gas is similar depending on the season.

The room is well maintained with lots of original features like its marble fireplace, blue titles and plasterwork on the ceiling. It has a bright blue colour scheme and get lots of natural light in the evening time.

It comes furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, waredrobe, desk, arm chair and chest of drawers.

The large mirror, bedside table and wicker furniture have been added by me and are up for sale.

The room hosts the flat's WiFi box and therefore has the best connection in the property.

The flat comes with a modern kitchen and contains all basic appliances, dishes and cutlery for your use. You will have 2 cupboards and 1 fridge shelf to store your food.

There is a small snug/box room for common use and socialising.
