Ensuite room available in Abbeyhill basement flat

Double ensuite room available from June 17 (flexible as I’ve already moved out). You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely young professional women - one a nurse and one working in policy for a charity.

Responsive private landlord. This was the perfect place to move into when I moved to Edinburgh. No references required but you do need to have a job / means to cover rent. Only a 5 minute walk from holyrood park and with great bus links on London road only 2 minutes away. Walkable into old and new town, and really quick on the bus out to portobello. Right across the road from meadowbank retail park with a big Lidl, Sainsbury, Gym Group, Costa, KFC, b&m and home bargains. Close to Easter road and a bit further to leith walk, with plenty of great cafes bars and restaurants around.

Moving out as I’ve bought my own flat. Bills come out to about £150 conservatively. Electric heating, awesome rainfall shower head with good pressure in the ensuite. Dishwasher and washer dryer included in the flat. White furniture in picture can be removed, but rest comes with the room.

Females preferred, preferably young professional. Work from home ok - I had a desk in the room and was good for a few days a week wfh.
