Room for Sublet June-August *flexible dates

Hello:) I am looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in a 3-bed flat in this amazing location in Old town. Room is available from end of June to July and August, preferably a student/young professional. The duration of the sublet can be discussed, open to shorter & longer stays currently. Price-wise I'm looking for £129 per week.

Some details about the flat: it's a 3-bed with one kitchen/ joined living room, one bathroom and one WC. We also have access to a communal garden downstairs. The room that is available has a double bed, closet storage and desk + chair (small note: some of the décor in the picture might not be there anymore at the time of sublet however, the room remains pretty and bright on its own:)).

You will be sharing the common rooms with my amazing flatmates (who I am very sad to be leaving) - both female, students/young professionals, very clean and organised and just the loveliest of people :)

The location is literally ideal - 2 minute walk from the meadows and central university buildings, lots of cute cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops in the neighbourhood. Also, only a short walk from New Town with lots of good bus connections close-by!

Some details about who I'm looking for: being clean and respectful is a must. Additionally being easy-going and friendly is always a plus, we've always had a great atmosphere going in the flat, cooking, watching movies together, going for a little pint or a gig every once in a while.
