A double room available for the month of June in a gorgeous flat broughton area. £800 including bills. I enjoy exercise, coffees, walks and pastries! Not a party flat but so happy to have people over for dinner / drinks. Just looking for someone who is tidy & respectful!
The flat itself is spacious and well fitted out with storage. The double room has a wardrobe small drawers & desk. The flat has a big living room with TV & dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, welcome to bring some kitchen items as storage space but it’s already got everything. I have an ensuit so the main bathroom with the bath would be yours to use.
My boyfriend stays some weekends and brings his cute cocker spaniel to visit so have to be happy having a dog in the flat some of the time but he’s very friendly. I work from home 3 days a week so will be in flat most days!
