A spacious, light-filled double room featuring a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. You have a lovely view of Blackford Hill from your window.
The Flat & Location
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (only two other flats in the block). The bathroom, kitchen and lounge area will be shared with me.
• Amenities: We are just a 5-minute walk from Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, so you have Sainsbury’s and Aldi on your doorstep.
• Transport: Location is perfect for commuting. There is a bus stop right outside the building with frequent lines heading straight into the city centre.
• Parking: If you have a car, there is free on-street parking just around the corner.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 27-year-old female professional. I’m clean, organized, and enjoy keeping the flat a relaxing space. I’m definitely up for a chat and a glass of wine or a movie in the evenings, but I also respect personal space and a quiet environment during the work week.
