This is a Mid Market Rent tenancy, so applicants will need to meet affordability requirements (roughly £32k+ income).

Due to my current flatmate pulling out last minute after contracts were already signed for our new Mid Market Rent flat, so I’m looking for a girl aged roughly 24–33 to join me ASAP for a move-in date of May 30th (potential flexibility available for the right person).

The flat is a gorgeous modern 3-bed, 3-bath apartment in Fountainbridge with:

• Modern kitchen/living area
• Amazing central location near Haymarket, the canal, gyms, cafés, Lidl/Tesco etc.

You’d be sharing with me I’m Irish, creative, social, clean and easygoing. I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe who wants a calm, friendly home rather than a chaotic flatshare.

Everything is moving very quickly because the tenancy agreements need sorted urgently, so ideally looking for someone serious and ready to move forward quickly if it feels like a good fit.
