Cozy flat in Canonmills

Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate in Canonmills, to move in from 31st May. Rent is £500 p/m and bills are around £90 each (Council tax band B)
The room available is a furnished double bedroom. The rest of the flat consists of a combined kitchen/ living room (the sofa is a pull out double bed for guests), separate toilet and shower rooms and a patio (shared with other flats in the building), as well as my room. This is a bottom floor flat with a few single steps in the corridor and one step through the door into the flat (no steps inside). The garden patio is two levels, with the upper level up around five concrete stairs
I’m Arthur, I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me. I’m 24, transman, queer and audhd. I have lived in Edinburgh for two years. Im very creative, love sewing and kilt making and playing card games and adopting plants. I am neurodivergent, so like the flat to be a safe, calm and cozy place.
Looking for:
- Preferably around my age but any age welcome including students.
-Someone interested in joining a calm flat that respects each other’s space, but also up for chats in the kitchen and at times have friends over to play games or watch films.
- Someone who likes things clean and tidy but also doesn’t mind if sometimes they’re not straight away (lived in, but not messy).
