I am looking for someone to sublet my room to, from June to August, in a two-bedroom flat located in Newington (EH89SD). The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and cabinets) and living room. The room advertised has a double bed, large chest of drawers, desk, and plenty of storage space.

The flat is very conveniently located: Ideally situated in Newington, with excellent bus links, and 5-min walking distance to Nicolson Street’s shops like Tesco, Lidl, cafes, restaurants, and Asian shops. The University of Edinburgh’s King’s Buildings is within a 15-minute bus route and the main University Library at George Square is less than 10-min walk. It is also at walking distance from the University Pleasance Gym. Just 5-min walk to the nearby green spaces like The Meadows and Holyrood Park. Perfect for those seeking a comfortable, well-located home in Edinburgh during the summer months.

Bills:
The rent is £750/month, all bills included.
Non-students are welcome but will have to pay for council tax (band E), and so the rate is £880/month.

About my flatmate:
He is a PhD student in Biology at the University of Edinburgh. He's pretty chill, friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful of private spaces. He loves to cook and is happy to share meals once in while. Also enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, and bouldering.
