Double Room in Leith (En-suite)

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room as he’s moving in with his partner 💛

I’m pretty easygoing and would love to find someone who’s considerate, friendly and generally nice to share a home with. I like home to feel calm, cosy and comfortable- not a party flat, but not a silent one either.

I’m happy having our own space and routines, but I’d also love a flatmate who’s up for the occasional chat in the kitchen, cup of tea, sharing a takeaway, or the odd movie night if the mood strikes.

I’m not super strict about things, I’m laid back and not expecting perfection, I just appreciate someone who communicates well and takes their share of responsibility around the flat so it feels nice for both of us.

WFH is absolutely fine and guests are okay with communication and consideration.

Would suit a professional or postgrad looking for a peaceful, friendly place to call home.
