Room in 4 Bedroom Polwarth Flat

Looking for a flatmate to replace our friend moving out! Kinda ASAP June/July. We are three students, two studying film and one psychology :)

The room is quite cosy but all furniture can remain and we have a very spacious living room and kitchen. The room would come with a double bed, cabinet with drawers, clothing rail, corner desk, shelves and a storage unit behind the desk. (if you wanted all of that!)

Flat is in a good spot: 10 mins walk from Napier Merchiston Campus and on the 27&10 bus route. It's a residential area, very pretty, but we try to keep quiet for the neighbours past 10pm on week nights. That being said, we're still a very sociable flat! We don't host many parties or pres, but we hang out in shared spaces and have movie nights quite often.

We have no preference about a flatmate that would enjoy that kind of thing though, if you're busy and keep more to yourself that's fine too! We're very easygoing.
