I’m looking for a postgraduate student / young professional flatmate. I’m a second year PhD student researching theoretical Cosmology at the University of Edinburgh (ending spring 2028). My current flatmate is graduating and moving out mid August and I’m looking for someone social and relatively relaxed to share the flat with.

My main priorities in a flat mate are cleanliness and communication. I’m quite a clean person so if you don’t wash the dishes after you cook and keep the place relatively tidy then this is not the right fit. Preferably someone who shares some interests, but not a deal breaker.

It will not be a sublet, you will apply to be added to the tenancy agreement. So you have to have a guarantor/reference to submit to the letting agency that I’m renting from.
