Cosy and quiet room, Broughton 😊

Hi everyone 😊

We are going to have a lovely room available starting from the 3rd of June.

Room- small and cosy, facing the shared garden, with a big Georgian window.
Comes with the double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. There is a spare desk available if needed.

Flat is located on the Broughton/Canonmills.
Such a lovely place, close to town, botanics, nearby cafes and Stockbridge.

Rent comes to around 450/500£ per month, including all the bills. Of course it really depends on the usage but in general it rarely gets above that, so it really is a bargain!

Flat is under a letting agency, but they are very chill and normally don’t require any references.
It is a bit old house but we are trying to make it a bit more cosy and clean 😊

We are a group of three girls in our early 30ties. But we don’t have an age or gender preference, as long as you fit within or flat dynamic. It’s more of a clean and quiet flatshare, no parties. However we all invite friends/partners from time to time, within a respect towards others 😊

Little bit about ourselves
Maddie- works full time as a florist, studied horticulture, interested in plants, loves art, travelling, hiking, baking.
Edyta- works part time as a barista in one of the local cafes , dedicates her free time to art ( she paints), loves yoga, meditation, travelling
Amber- works at one of the theatres, interested in art, music, travelling, super kind
