One Bed Hopetoun Street, Edinburgh EH7

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat on Hopetoun Street. The letting agent is one I’ve rented with before, they’re really friendly and quick to resolve any issues.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city centre. The flat has one larger bedroom and a smaller one, which comes with a small en-suite.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone under 30 with similar interests. I’m very quiet and work full-time, so I’m usually out during the day. It would be great to share with someone who is respectful and likes to keep the flat clean and tidy.
