We’re looking for a young professional or post-grad student happy to contribute to council tax.

The flat itself is top floor, warm and well-insulated (EPC C-rated, I believe), on a quiet street directly beside Holyrood Park.
The room has high ceilings, is furnished, and gets loads of natural light thanks to there being no abutting buildings. The view overlooks Arthur’s Seat, and the Edinburgh skyline (great sunsets).
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat! On foot:
2 minutes from the main stretch of Newington (shops, restaurants, buses, groceries)
5 minutes from The Meadows
Very close to both Pleasance and Commonwealth Pool gyms
Other highlights include an updated bathroom and generally great access to green space while still being central.

Me (25): sustainable energy engineer/consultant from Chicago. Into running and generally being outdoors, as well as music and fine arts.
Luca (29): A PhD student in Computational Linguistics, originally from Rome. Has deep thoughts on pizza and language.
Emma (27): civil engineer from New Zealand. Into hiking, biking, reading, and crocheting.
Sophie (29): dispensing optician. Enjoys running, cycling, and sharing a meal or a drink.
