Double room - top floor flat

Spare double room with built in wardrobe available in top floor flat.
WiFi and TV with Sky, if requested the spare room can get its own sky box for TV access at no additional cost.
Currently the room has a sofabed, wall mounted mirror, curtains and an ethernet cable access for wired internet access (i. e for PC)
The rest of the flat is fully furnished with my own belongings.
There is a dish washer, washer&dryer, all the regular white goods of a kitchen plus additionals (air fryer, rice cooker etc), shower over bath.

I am respectful in regards to noise during the day/night and would like the same curtousy. I work days so someone who also works days would be better but willing to consider someone that works nights.

I have two cats, one male - Ashes from the profile picture and a black female - Seelie. Unfortunately this means I can't take anyone with furry pets of their own, though I would consider someone with a tank/caged animal (fish, reptiles etc)
The third "room" is the cats domain, climbing trees and litter trays are in there, although the cats do have free reign of the house other than the available room.

Buses to and from city centre run from the main road and further stops 10-15mins walk in either direction hold more bus routes.
Situated between westerhailes plaza and longstone bus terminus gives access to most bus routes.
