Central Edinburgh room-July Only, 🐈‍⬛ discount

Hi! I’m renting my lovely private room in Edinburgh for July only while I’m away working in Switzerland.

The rent is £1,250 bills included, but I’m happy to offer a big discount to £980 for someone who genuinely loves cats and can help care for my cat, Miku, while staying there.

The flat is in a very convenient and safe residential area, just opposite McDonald Road tram stop, only two tram stops from Princes Street and very close to the city centre. There are buses nearby, shops, beautiful gardens, and everything you need within walking distance. It’s also a great location for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

You would have:

Private bedroom
Private bathroom with bath
Access to the living room with Netflix
WiFi included
All bills included
Access to kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and TV
Access to a small terrace/outdoor area

You would be sharing the flat with one other person, who has their own bedroom and private bathroom too.

About Miku: she is a very sweet, sociable 3-year-old cat. She loves attention, a little playtime when you come home, fresh water every day, and her wet food. For me, it is really important that the person staying is kind, responsible and happy to give her some love and care.

Miku also likes going outside, so I need someone careful who can make sure she is either safely inside, or if she goes out, that she can come back in and is home at night. I would also ask for one photo of Miku per day, just so I know she is happy and safe.

This flat is non-smoking only. Ideally suitable for one person or maximum two people.

Perfect for someone coming to Edinburgh for the summer, the Fringe, work, study, or a short stay , especially if you love cats and would enjoy having a little furry companion.
