Double Room for Rent near Meadowbank

Hey! I'm moving to another city, so the landlord and I are looking for someone to take over my room.

It is a double bed sized room in a 2 bedroom flat with a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and cabinets), living room, shared bathroom and a shared garden area in the back.

Very close to bus stops, grocery stores and Holyrood park is just a 5 min walk away. Meadowbank Retail park is a 15 min walk away or a 5 min bike/bus ride.

Council tax (if needed) is included. WiFi, Gas and Electricity are extra and shared with the flatmate (approximately 50 on average per month per person). Move-in date can be a little earlier if needed.

My flatmate is a current student at the University of Edinburgh and is chill, friendly and tidy.

The landlord is available right next door so there should be no issues with reaching out for any sort of help/assistance.
