Part Furnished Single Bedroom in Parkhead

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of June, so I'm looking for a new flatmate.

Rent is £425; council tax is around £86 each (council band C); energy bill plus the internet is usually £54 each.

The flat is on the first floor and a 5 minute walk from two bus stops that get you into town. There is parking available on the street, but no dedicated parking. There is a Coop 5 mins walk away and a Lidl a 20ish min walk away.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and introverted. I'm Portuguese (so if you're also Portuguese that's a nice plus), I like videogames and I'm a writer. I enjoy a nice chat, but also tend to keep to myself. I tend to be in the house a fair bit, unless I'm in Portugal for a couple weeks at my parents' place.
