Large bright double bedroom in Bruntsfield

Hello! We are a flat of five masters students studying at The University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh Napier University, looking for a new flatmate to take over one of the rooms.
Located on a quiet street just 5 minutes away from the Meadows and around a 20 minute walk to The University of Edinburgh Central campus. The flat is very homely and has a large south facing kitchen diner as well as a large living room with a bay window facing onto the street. The flat is split over two floors, with a bathroom and shower on each floor. Every window in the house is double glazed and heating and hot water are served via a gas boiler.
The available room is located on the top floor and is the largest in the flat, with two south facing windows, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
Ideally, we are looking for another masters student to join the flat but are also open to hearing from young professionals (though they may have to bear a large proportion of the council tax). We are all very hard working but also enjoy socialising as a flat as well as cooking together in the large kitchen. We really enjoy having friends round for drinks every now and again and well as enjoying the local pubs. We are a very active flat and would love to find someone who shares the same values and interests.
Rent is £700 per month in addition to WiFi and bills which usually come in at between £30 - £50 a month depending on the time of year.
