A double room avaliable in a 2 bed flat to rent in a flat near Fountainpark, as my flatmate is moving out at the end of July.
The flat has a small kitchen, dining table, sofa, bathroom with shower/bath. My room also has a lot of storage which can happily be shared (have included pictures of storage). There is a shared garden for building tenants accessible as well.
You'd be living with myself, a 23 year old professional, working in Princes St, and sometimes from home. A bit about me, I like to go to the pub, cinema, gym and crochet/read in my spare time.
