Double Room Near Haymarket (Own Bathroom)

My flatmate is sadly moving out at the end of June, so I am looking for new flatmate from around the 1st July.

The flat is in Dalry - just under 10 minutes walk from Haymarket by the quickest route. It's a little under half an hour walk to the west end of Prince's Street, around 15 minutes by bus.

It's a lovely area, nice and quiet with a LIDL and a co-op less than 5 minutes away with lots of coffee shops and restaurants too.

The flat itself is on the 3rd floor (with a lift) and is modern and bright. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the flat so while your bathroom is not technically ensuite, it is yours alone.

I work full-time, so I'm generally out in the office during weekdays although I do work from home occasionally. I would love a quiet, calm environment to come back to after work. I'm friendly and would love to hang out sometimes, but am also independent and always respect that everyone needs their own space too!

I like baking - usually bread, but also cupcakes and other sweet thing etc. I tend to make big batches so there's always some to share! I like DnD and board games, and I try to spend at least some of every day outdoors.

Utilities: variable but roughly £60-70
Council Tax - Band E
