Room to Rent in Canonmills (from 1st August)

Hi! Looking for someone to take over the other room in my flat in Canonmills as my flatmate is moving down south for work. It's a lovely airy and bright top floor flat in a great area of town, just down the end of Broughton Street near the Water of Leith. The room is a furnished double room, plenty of space for a desk and comes with a triple built-in wardrobe. A little about me, I'm 27 and a Conservation Scientist. I'm pretty outdoorsy, enjoy playing a couple of instruments (very quietly, you won't notice!) and like to read. I'm fairly social but also appreciate my own space and time.
