Cozy Room in Friendly Haymarket Flat

Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 5-bed flat, just round the corner from Haymarket Station.

The room is bright, cozy and has a nice large window that lets in the light, providing a lot of sun in the morning. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate, and we also have a communal second toilet. It’s ideal for anyone who likes a bit of privacy while still enjoying a social flat environment.

About the room & costs:
Private 3/4 bed
Rent: £550 per month
Comes to around £650 per month including bills

You would be living with 4 other flatmates (currently 3 females and 1 male). We’re a chilled, friendly bunch who like to keep the flat clean and tidy. In the evenings we often hang out in the living room, watch TV or occasionally go out to pub trivia. We’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and considerate, who keeps shared spaces clean and is up for a friendly atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:

Must be able to provide proof of employment
Someone clean, respectful, and sociable.

Move-in date fixed for 3rd July 2026.
