THE FLAT:
The flat is a cosy second-floor tenement flat (regretably without a lift or access) comprising a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large bathroom, a utility room, and finally a kitchen-living room area. Residents also have access to the building's backyard.

Amenities:
Bedding and towels can be provided.
The double bedroom comes with a comfy double bed, closet, chair and vanity table.
The single bedroom comes with a futon opening to a comfy queen bed, and a closet.
The bathroom comprises both electric and gas heated showers over a bathtub and the adjacent utility room has space for suircases and an efficient washer-dryer machine.
The living room has a comfy corner sofa, a large corner desk/counter and some free space for a mild workout.
The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, hob, oven and all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

The neighborhood:
The flat is very well linked to the rest of the city with public transport, while the area offers supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes for every taste and every budget. You should expect an urban atmosphere, yet not the full-on festival buzz. The seafront is easily accessible, as well as two stunning parks.

The Cost:
The cost for an individual for the single room is £850 per calendar month. This includes all bills as well, aka. However, please note that any excessive use of energy will be transparently charged extra. I am happy to consider sharing with a couple who could take over the larger room for an extra fee.
