Hi everyone, my current flatmate is moving out and looking for someone to take over the room.

The flat is on the second floor. It is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both bathrooms were renovated recently), a living room, and a separate kitchen. It has a gas central heating system and double-glazed windows, so the temperature stays warm throughout the day.

There are great local shops around. Scotmid Co-op, Post Office and Boots are a few seconds away from the flat. A 5-minute walk takes you to Sainsbury's, Aldi and McDonald's. It’s well-connected to the city centre by buses 1, 2, 3, 25, 33, and the bus stop is in front of the building.

I am looking for a working professional only. The rent is £625 per person per month excluding bills. The bills are roughly £130 per month. The flat is Council tax Band C. One month of deposit and proof of income are required.
