Double room available in cosy flat for a postgrad student. We (two postgrad students) are looking to replace our friend on the lease as she has completed her studies.

The flat has shared kitchen, living space, and access to a lovely garden. It is within walking distance to both the Meadows and Holyrood Park. We are a third-floor flat with no lift access.

The kitchen is additionally equipped with a dishwasher and good sized fridge-freezer. A full new bathroom will be installed before the new contract begins. A new boiler was also installed this year.

The letting agents require a UK guarantor. Price does not include bills which come to ~£60 per month.
