Bills + council tax combined approx. 100 pounds a month!

We are looking for another professional, as we are all employed full-time as well! We tend to keep to ourselves, but we're down for a nice chat :) Working hours are varied, so kitchen and bathroom utilities are easily shared, and general flat cleaning is shared among us, with a general 'pick up after yourself' mentality! We have also just finished a deep clean of our kitchen and closets!

I respond quickly, so I can organize flat viewings within a week of your message - our landlord is also responsive, and applications can be processed within a week as well
