I am moving to Germany and I am looking for someone to replace me at my current flat.
The flat is to be shared with another person.
You would get a private double room and a private bathroom; shared kitchen and shared living room.
The room itself is very spacious and has a lot of natural light. The room comes with furniture.
The location is ideal - very central, in New Town, on the edge of Stockbridge; perfect for those who would like to go for a stroll in the center of Edinburgh. It is ~15 mins away from Waverly train station and there are many bus stops around - the closest one is just 2 mins away from the house.
You will be living with a 30 year old female professional, the most considerate flatmate Ive ever had; can highly recommend!
