Cosy Edinburgh House with a garden and driveway for parking. Ideally situated for direct bus or train transport links to the city centre, convenient for airport access and local scenic walks and hiking.

This is perfect for anyone looking for relaxing summer accommodation, and I am open to considering longer term arrangements after the initial term where requested.

Ideally I would be looking for a postgrad-level student or professional, though I will welcome applications from anyone.

Full terms will be set out in a lodger’s agreement to be made available at the point of your application being accepted.

This is generally a comfortable and quiet neighbourhood, I have a great deal of respect for my neighbours and we will get along provided that you are also respectful.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking up big hills plus live music and playing guitar. I also like films and video games. I enjoy showing people around the town if you are new to Edinburgh, and will be happy to help you settle in.
