Edinburgh Fringe Festival - Double Room for Rent

Looking for a comfortable, well-presented base for the Edinburgh Fringe? I'm renting out my spare double room throughout August in my two-bedroom flat in Gorgie — a quiet, residential area with fast, direct bus links into the festival hub (around 25 minutes to the Royal Mile/Grassmarket).

The room is a cosy small double (3x3m) with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, desk with monitor, and plenty of natural light. The olive green décor gives it a calm, boutique feel - a proper sanctuary after a long day at the festival.

The flat is modern and well-equipped throughout:

- Spacious living room with large L-shaped sofa, 65" TV and dining table
- Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, washing machine and fridge
- Bathroom with bath and good overhead shower
- Fast WiFi throughout

All bills included - you pay the agreed rate and nothing else.
On-street parking is available nearby on residential streets, which is a genuine rarity during the Fringe if you're driving in.

I'll be living in the flat too (in the other bedroom), working standard office hours during the day, so the place will be quiet in the evenings and I'm happy to share local tips. I'm looking for a respectful guest - performers, professionals, and festival workers all welcome.
