I live in a really lovely large flat in the centre of Old Town, my flat mate is moving out and vacates a large double room. The room has a Queen bed, large wardrobe and a stunning view of the Crags & Holyrood Park.

The Uni Gym and the Pleasence are a few minutes walk away, as are the southside shops. Waverly is 10 mins walk. I'm a friendly professional, I work from an office in the flat, there's an extra desk if you need it occasionally. Students & Pros welcome.

This is only suitable for someone who knows how to live with a dog. My dog, Wilson, is 13 and will probably follow you around, con you for treats and bring you sodden toys. He loves meeting new people but can be reactive to other dogs.

The rent is £250 per week, ALL bills and everything is included. Couples considered but not long term and will be bit higher. Ultimately flexible on how long as landlord moving back at some point, let's discuss. Get in touch with any questions, I'm free for viewings most of the time.
