Double room in a shared flat

Double room available in a two bed flat in the Gorgie/Dalry area.
Furnished with a double bed, drawers, built in wardrobe and bookshelf that is currently housing all my books (temporarily).
Has a decent sized kitchen, living room, and a shower room and separate toilet. Also has use of a shared garden.
Rent is £550 a month and the energy bills and internet come to about £50. Council tax is band C.
Flat is very well placed for public transport, and has several supermarkets within easy walking distance. The canal and several parks are also very close by.

I’m a nurse, so I can be out of the flat for long stretches and have to work nights a few days a month. I like to get out paddleboarding or walking in the Pentlands, and I’m always up for a cup of tea and a blether in the living room.

Ideally I’m looking for someone after a relaxed and friendly home, and won’t be too noisy when I have to sleep through the days for my nightshift.
